계정 삭제

셀박스 계정과 저장된 데이터를 지우는 방법입니다. 로그인하지 않아도 요청할 수 있습니다.

삭제 요청하기

  1. 앱 또는 웹의 계정 화면에서 “계정 삭제”를 누릅니다. 삭제 요청 메일 창이 열립니다.
  2. 또는 가입한 이메일에서 support@cellbox.ai로 제목을 “계정 삭제”로 해서 메일을 보냅니다. 로그인하지 않아도 됩니다.

본인 확인을 위해 가입한 이메일에서 보내 주세요. 다른 주소에서 보내면 가입한 이메일로 확인 메일을 보냅니다.

요청을 받은 날부터 7일 안에 삭제하고, 결과를 메일로 알려 드립니다.

삭제한 계정과 데이터는 되살릴 수 없습니다. 필요한 파일은 먼저 내려받아 두세요.

지워지는 데이터

  • 계정 정보 (이메일, 이름, 비밀번호)
  • 올린 파일·폴더·사진·동영상과 그 버전, 휴지통
  • 일정
  • 공유 링크와 공유 설정
  • 연결된 외부 AI 앱 연결
  • 기기 알림 토큰

남는 데이터

  • 접속 기록은 통신비밀보호법에 따라 3개월 동안 보관한 뒤 지웁니다.
  • 백업 사본에 남은 정보는 백업 보관 기간(최대 30일)이 지나면 지워집니다.
  • 익명화된 문서 레이아웃 학습 자료는 이용자를 알아볼 수 없어 개인정보가 아니므로 삭제 대상이 아닙니다.

계정은 두고 일부 데이터만 지우기

  • 파일: 휴지통으로 옮긴 뒤 휴지통 비우기를 누릅니다. 휴지통을 비우면 되살릴 수 없습니다.
  • 외부 AI 앱 연결: 계정 › 개발자 API 토큰의 “연결된 앱”에서 지웁니다.

Deleting your CellBox account (English)

You can request deletion without signing in.

  1. In the app or on the web, open Account and tap “계정 삭제” (Delete account). A pre-filled email opens.
  2. Or email support@cellbox.ai from your sign-up address with the subject “계정 삭제” (Delete account). If you write from another address, we send a confirmation email to your sign-up address.

We delete your account within 7 days of receiving the request and notify you by email.

Deleted

Account information (email, name, password); uploaded files, folders, photos and videos, including their versions and trash; calendar events; share links and sharing settings; connections to external AI apps; device notification tokens.

Retained

  • Access logs: kept for 3 months as required by Korean law (Protection of Communications Secrets Act), then deleted.
  • Backup copies: removed when the backup retention period (up to 30 days) ends.
  • Anonymized document-layout training data: cannot identify you, is not personal data, and is not deleted.

To delete only some data and keep your account: move files to the trash and empty the trash (this cannot be undone), or remove connected AI apps under Account › Developer API tokens › Connected apps.
